Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations of Fuuvix subscriptions.
1. Cancellation
You can cancel a pending subscription at any time from your dashboard before it is activated. Once a subscription is activated (status: Active), it cannot be cancelled mid-term.
- Before payment verification: You can cancel freely. No charges apply.
- After activation: The subscription remains active until the expiry date. No partial refunds for unused time.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available in the following cases:
- Payment verified but subscription not activated due to a technical error on our end - full refund within 7 business days.
- Duplicate payment - if you accidentally paid twice for the same subscription, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7 business days.
- Service unavailability - if the platform is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days during your subscription period, you may request a pro-rata refund.
Note: Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind, didn't use the platform, or found the content unsatisfactory. We encourage you to use the free chapters to evaluate the platform before subscribing.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email fuuvix@gmail.com with your registered email, subscription ID, and reason for refund.
- Include the UTR or transaction reference of the payment.
- We will review your request within 3 business days and respond with a decision.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI account) within 7 business days of approval.
5. Coupon-Discounted Subscriptions
If a coupon was applied to your subscription, the refund amount (if eligible) will be the actual amount paid, not the original plan price.
