Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations of Fuuvix subscriptions.

1. Cancellation

Fuuvix subscriptions do not auto-renew. Your subscription remains active until the expiry date and then simply expires - no cancellation action is needed.

• During active subscription: The subscription remains active until the expiry date. No partial refunds for unused time.
• After expiry: Your account reverts to free-tier access (first 2 chapters). No charges occur.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available in the following cases:

• Payment processed but subscription not activated due to a technical error on our end - full refund within 7 business days.
• Duplicate payment - if you accidentally paid twice for the same subscription, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7 business days.
• Service unavailability - if the platform is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days during your subscription period, you may request a pro-rata refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• Email fuuvix@gmail.com with your registered email, subscription ID, and reason for refund.
• Include your Razorpay Payment ID (available in your subscription dashboard or payment confirmation email).
• We will review your request within 3 business days and respond with a decision.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through Razorpay to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Coupon-Discounted Subscriptions

If a coupon was applied to your subscription, the refund amount (if eligible) will be the actual amount paid, not the original plan price.
