Welcome to Fuuvix ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our platform at fuuvix.com and app.fuuvix.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of the Platform

Fuuvix is an educational platform providing learning cards, practice quizzes, and study tools for students. You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or have parental consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

You agree to pay the amount displayed at the time of purchase. Promotional coupon codes may reduce the payable amount.
Payments are accepted via UPI (QR code or Razorpay payment link). You must submit a valid transaction reference (UTR) or Razorpay Payment ID as proof of payment.
A payment screenshot may be required for verification purposes.
Subscriptions are activated after manual verification by our team (typically within 24 hours).
Subscription validity is calculated in calendar months from the date of activation.
Subscriptions are non-transferable and tied to your Google account.
Pending subscriptions with no payment submitted may be automatically cancelled after a timeout period.

3. Content Ownership

All content on Fuuvix (learning cards, questions, explanations, images) is owned by Fuuvix or its content partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others.
Attempt to scrape, copy, or download content in bulk.
Submit fraudulent payment information.
Use the platform to harass, spam, or harm others.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fuuvix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that content is error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
